Papa Roach’s eighth studio album, F.E.A.R, continues from where The Connection left off, and that’s not a bad thing. Once again we see the band incorporate an electronic vibe to the classic P-Roach sound which they’ve carefully crafted over the last 15 years. F.E.A.R is a solid rock album from the get go and whilst there is plenty of obvious songs you’d expect to hear, Papa Roach also throw in a couple of surprise guests to mix things up. ‘Warriors’ sees rap legend Royce Da 5’9 take a verse and ‘Gravity’ sees Jacoby Shaddix belt out a huge chorus with In This Moment’s Maria Brink. F.E.A.R is easily one of Papa Roach’s strongest efforts and perhaps one of the best they’ve delivered yet.
